Cons
• Micromanagement and no trust. This place treats employees like children, not professionals. • No creative freedom and no respect for expertise Everything is picked apart, stripped of personality, and forced into uninspired, mediocre work. • No leadership – creative or otherwise There is no real leadership, structure, or standards. The result is a subpar, inconsistent brand where people with no experience are making critical creative decisions. • Toxic, passive-aggressive work culture Leadership needs serious training. Many are scatterbrained, inconsiderate, or just plain rude. No collaboration or respect for others. People don't seem to actually like each other. • Bleak work environment & outdated policies It's a flourescent-lit prison. - No assigned desks – first come, first serve. If you get up for a meeting, someone might take your seat. - Not enough parking for employees – if you don't show up by 6am, you'll probably be parking on the street. - Not even close to industry standards in terms of equipment for professional designers. - No option for fully remote work. - I know people in retail who have better holiday schedules and PTO. My final thoughts: If you're experienced, this place will break your soul. If you're new, probably still pass on this job.
