-After the transition from AECP to Global Launch, a lot of poor choices have been made that have really negatively affected the program -Management doesn't care about the instructors. They seem more concerned about mining instructors for knowledge and after they're burned out, putting them into dead-end projects with little opportunity to grow -Challenging workload if you get a higher level course to teach -Variable schedule: Your work schedule changes every session, so be prepared to be flexible -Mandatory professional development/workshops during intersessions. Most of these are unhelpful and are an excuse to keep everyone at their desks and management happy -Future looks very uncertain for this program
