      Pros

      Room to move up/around within the university system. Insurance is excellent as it is state. The tuition waiver/discounts are fantastic, and most of the staff and the students are great. They make it all worthwhile.

      Cons

      The politics can affect anyone, at any level, if there is a policy change or issue among the deans/management staff. Keep your head down and keep out of it.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
