Pros
As student working in the housing department I got fair compensation and my supervisor's understood that school was a priority.
Cons
There was always some air of disrespect between student leaders in different positions. We were all employed for one general cause, "the success of first-year undergraduate students", and we all supported this cause in different capacities. However there were some people that could never get over the differing position criteria and would seek to downplay the work of others.
