Pros

Pros to working at ASU include above minimum wage for work study, research assistant opportunities, flexible work hours, friendly coworkers, and helpful supervisors.

Cons

Working while attending ASU means less time to study, but that is to be expected with any job. As a tutor, I would say that one of the cons was definitely the workspace in the basement of West's library, felt like we were walking down into a dungeon.

Pros

Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

Cons

Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.

Continuous monitoring of your work and your time on calls can feel intimidating, but overall, the staff is very supportive.
