Pros
Relative cheap rent and active life style, Also traffic are not bad compared to other major cities. Nice short drive to CA and Las vegas. Living cost is rather cheap also.
Cons
Hot weather and relative low outdoor attractions, but once you are used to these factor, it would be quite awarding to work in the city there. Another downside, too many college kids sometimes in the down town area.
