Pros
Working at Arkham is one of the greatest opportunities I've had. The management team here is a great group of inspiring leaders that make me strive to be a better leader myself. Overall a very small, tight knit company of wonderful, mature and respectful people. The work we do here fills a deep sense of purpose I was craving as an Army veteran; and is extremely interesting. Stress is pretty much non-existent (apart from daily work load) and this company is extremely understanding and supportive of young families. The rate we are growing as a company also opens up a lot of room for growth and potential. (Just as would anyone the owners really value loyalty and respect)
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything that warrants being put here. No place is perfect, but this is as close as you get to having a great, well paying, opportunity. The daily feeling you get working here is worth taking it over a higher paying position because at the end of the day, Arkham does not underpay. Just come in with a mindset of adding more value than what you're receiving and you will not be disappointed.
