As we have grown rather rapidly, we openly admit that our infrastructure did not keep up with the pace in which we were scaling. We're working to not just play catch up, but to go above what we need to meet the needs of our planned future growth as well.
In regards to having less guidance for new resources, don't be afraid to reach out to your fellow colleagues in other offices, either via email, skype or even Yammer. You'll find that participating in Yammer can be very rewarding in the amount information that your employees will share with you!
