When you're working great people, in a great work environment, with again, great work life balance, it's hard not to feel positive about the company! We openly acknowledge that our IT infrastructure still has some progress, and are addressing those needs as quickly as possible to support each business group. Regarding travel - we do have a framework on travel and that's because certain employees and groups can travel extensively, but in the end it comes down to trust.
