Pros

ARM is growing fast and there is lots of opportunity for on job development. With the Softbank acquisition the plan is to double the headcount in a relatively small timeframe.

Cons

There is not much support for more formal training and things aren't actually what you would expect from a high tech company.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
