Pros

Fantastic office All equipment (desk, meals, computer) provided for effective work RSU package is decent (if you’re in engineering) Enjoyable to work with direct colleagues EV support Plenty of benefits

Cons

Monthly salary is very low; compensation only makes sense with RSU Biannual reorganisations or layoffs almost guaranteed, but only in support functions Uncertain future outlook; only engineers who generate revenue can plan long-term Support functions are constantly cut back, leaving us incredibly overburdened Toxic environment where promotions are based on favouritism No matter the effort, if your manager doesn’t favour you, there’s no promotion No career progression plan; advancement only happens when a position opens up

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
