1. The working culture is positive and comfortable, work flexibility. 2. Colleagues are helpful, and meeting Shrenik Sir (MD) is truly inspiring, he shares valuable experience and insights. 3. A good organization to grow with, especially only luckily if you're aligned with supportive management that follows proper SOPs and policies. 4. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and expand your knowledge. 5. During busy tax season, they will offer small treats.

1. The organization lacks firm SOPs and policies, which creates confusion about whether the work is being done correctly. 2. HR (he/SHE) is generally good but may not fully acknowledge or address employee concerns intentionally. 3. Work processes lack of proper structure and clear algorithms. 4. They will not give you proper training, yet mistakes are often blamed on employees as "already explained." 5. Suitable only for gaining experience or passing time, not ideal for long-term career growth. 6. The company risks becoming like TCS/Wipro that are reputed but not respected. 7. High attrition many employees leave within 6-7 months due to the absence of standardized procedures and management keep blame employees for their mislead. 9. Some directors contact employees outside working hours and escalate to HR if calls are not answered, HR will still blame at you. 10. Join for Learning, Stay for... Actually No One Stays. 11.
