Pros
There were few if any positive experiences during the short term of employment. It is obvious the M&A has had its growing pains and the lack of management understanding of its role in growing the firm through interactive involvement shows.
Cons
Poor management oversight involvement / accountability / motivation, constant fear that tomorrow’s non agenda meeting is notification of being fired.
