Pros
Good people overall. The CPA partner model is a little strange in that they have some 40 partners in a 200 person firm. Good place to launch a career but don't expect to make a lot of money. Very stable environment however.
Cons
A little on the cheap side. Employee benefit responsibility is very high compared to similar sized companies. A family of 4 for example will pay out $9K a year not including annual deductible. Employee rewards for job well done is non existent.
