      The local team dynamic couldn’t be better! Local leadership is supportive and allows autonomy in position as PC2.

      Cons

      No remote work options. Zero discussion around salaries in any role nor discussions about pay raises. You are told what you get after the review process. Advocacy from leaders cal management to senior team could be improved.

      Pros

      The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
