Pros
I've been with the company for less than six months, but in that short time, I've consistently felt both supported and genuinely welcomed. From my very first day, it was clear that people here care about creating an inclusive and encouraging environment. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, but the transition was made so much smoother thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of my colleagues. Even though the pace is fast and everyone has a lot on their plate, people still make the time to answer questions and offer support when needed. It’s refreshing to be part of a culture where collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s practiced daily. No question feels too small, and I’ve never felt like I was burdening anyone by asking for help.

Like any company experiencing rapid growth, there are some growing pains. Processes are still being refined, and sometimes priorities shift quickly as the company scales.
