- Placed on a team doing different work than what was hired for - Constant churn in staffing, product priorities, and workload - No 30-60-90 plans when hired, new employees are not set up for success - No processes are documented & you'll get different answers to a question depending on who you ask - There is no support for ICs, you are on your own to figure out what to work on and how to do it, so good luck.
