Pros

New reps are given support from management to succeed if you are meeting your managed volume goals based on tenure as well as effort metrics.

Cons

More tenured reps are expected to grow volume monthly regardless of RFP outcomes and account seasonality. These volume goals are pretty high (400-500 shipments per month). You will swiftly be put on a PIP and pushed out if you aren’t meeting your managed goals. Operations support and management changes constantly putting more pressure to run accounts on the sales reps.
