Worst HR Management - Human Resources Specialist Artech L.L.C. Employee Review

You are made to feel like you are incompetent on a daily basis. In Fact, I was promoted, and two months later when my raise went in to affect I was told that I only deserved a $0.15 raise because I wasn't qualified or competent enough for my PROMOTED position. You are expected to be on call constantly. You are constantly spoken down to and ridiculed which is why this department has such a high turn over rate. This was the worst job that I have ever had. Hipaa compliance is not followed and your personal information and social security number will be easily accessible to anyone that can get into your e-mail account or laptop. They do not treat any of their employees with respect. Worst job i've every had. I wouldn't get my worst enemy a job at Artech.
