I will list them down for easier read.
1. No benefits. Artech does not pay even a single penny for insurance. Everything is out of pocket. No discount provided. You get the same price as on the marketplace. If you shell out extra $10-20 you can get an advanced healthcare that covers everything from marketplace.
2. No PTO. If you work with them for 5 years you'll still get 0 PTO.
3. No hike. You can work with them for years together and never will you get even a 1% hike.
4. No communication. When you get a job, there'll be a point of contact assigned to you. They will keep changing every 2-3 months. So you are left to just call on their office number and randomly ask for assistance. You will be put on hold and transferred from 1 person to another until you hang up.
5. If you are on visa and need visa assistance (opt, stem forms, H1 filing/extension/rfe, green card), RUN!!! Run as fast as you can. They will never help you out. They will delay everything. Any amount of calling or emailing will not help. You'll get answers like "I'm waiting on the team to get back to me", "The rules are changing", "We can provide you with the client letter but we'll have to change a few things on it". You cannot rely on them whatsoever. Do not trust them when it comes to your visa. They don't care about what your problems are. If you are lucky, your client might help you out more than Artech. If not, then goodluck trying to figure things out for yourself.
Artech does not care about you. You are just a money making machine for them. Stay AWAY!!!!
