Confusing Mess - Applications Support Specialist Artech L.L.C. Employee Review

My former company was bought out by Artech recently. The transition has been mortifying with important information regarding insurance, benefits, and payroll log in information being relayed a day before given deadlines. We were to verify our payroll information a few weeks before the takeover, experienced some issues logging in with credentials, and kept being directed to a website to submit our issues. Due to the transition from one company to another, there was almost a 3 week delay in pay which could have been handled completely different. I still seem to encounter payroll issues such as miss payment of hours. Offered insurance plans aren't much and you're better off finding better options. Very disappointed in the level of care that is given to employees and this has just been the beginning.
