Laundry list of Cons - I would agree to most other reviewers. Other mid size companies like Randstad, Eteam, Aditi, CDI, Collabera, US Tech pays much better salaries and excercise better employment practises. Artech doesnt value its employees and shows no employee-care. You will stick to this company only if you have no confidence on your abilities, or have no self-respect or otherwise un-employable. They will make you work long hard hours and pay peanuts for it. No recognization, no bonuses, no increments. If you are confident of your abilities, join one of the better companies.
