Pros
Arthrex has some of the most innovative products on the market for sports, extremities, and they are developing their trauma line. They continually come out with new products that you can take to your surgeons and keep them interested.
Cons
Arthrex operates on a distributorship model which leaves compensation and benefits up to the individual owners of the distributorship. My income was capped at a percentage of the team share model which is relative to monthly sales. My old distributorship was shut down because the owner was taking more from the salesforce than he should have. The new agency improved pay and things got better but overall Arthrex reps are underpaid compared to competitors.
