I’m glad you found your time at Article on the Talent Acquisition team enjoyable, and we are incredibly grateful for your contribution. As we went through hypergrowth, it meant doubling the size of our workforce. The hiring volume this year has slowed down which resulted in the need to resize the TA team. It’s the first time we’ve gone through a reduction in force during COVID, and we tried to be as generous as possible with our severance package.
