In response to your thoughts around forecasting and leadership experience, the pandemic has been a difficult landscape to navigate for many businesses, and we are constantly readjusting and using data to improve in these areas. It is also important, as we move forward, that we refocus and address any areas where lack of accountability or inefficiencies existed within our teams.
