Good company, but don't reward well - Analyst Arup Employee Review

The company really doesn't reward well for good work. Promotions and pay rises are very slow - you have to really fight for recognition of a job well done. Very little incentive to put in the intense working hours. Also, the company doesn't really practice what they preach in terms of a 'good working environment'. While there is some form of flexible working, it isn't really practiced or encouraged. The politics are as bad as other big firms - you get rewarded if you shout loud enough and curry favour with the directors, not if you do great work.
