      Pros

      Arup id filled with some of the brightest minds all around the globle. From my experience in Hong Kong & India office I can say that they deliver one of the highest quality work than any other company. It gives you freedom to try different things and foster innovation. And a major pro is its support for employee career growth is amazing

      Cons

      Working hours can be hectic as they never compromise on quality. period Its an employee owned company and so bonus is fixed . No extra pay for hard work.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
