Pros
This is a company that takes good care of the employees. I have experience with many of the senior staff taking their time to help and develop the younger engineers technically. A diverse office with engineers from many nationalities. Arup gives good opportunities to develop technically and personally.
Cons
Not many, but the salaries are perhaps lower than what other competitors tend to offer for the junior staff member - though this shouldnt matter much in the beginning of the career.
