      Arup is a global company that has projects everywhere on each continent. Based out of Great Britain, and the Americas Region is based out of NY. Offices in North America and South America, with project offices everywhere in between.

      Cons

      Sometimes the manager of your work is located in a different office and time zone. Can be rough with time change and deadlines.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
