      - Great Team and Company Culture - Opportunities to partner across teams and be part of some fantastic projects - Regular check-ins by supervisor to make sure if everything is ok and need any support

      - Pay is low compared to market average - Things are a bit slow in terms of getting them approved - Lot of Bureaucracy at higher level

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
