      Opportunities to work on cross functional projects. Ability to work on global project teams. 10% 401K match. The firm is a value led organization and will try and tackle issues with real solutions.

      Cons

      Base salaries can lag a bit but are offset by a total rewards package include 10% 401K matching and profit-sharing bonus payout.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
