There's real enduring culture where people care about doing really good work. The culture is friendly with strong camaraderie amongst the individual employees, and managers try to do right by their reports.

Quarterly reorgs, quiet role reductions, and slowly stripping away benefits has made morale worse than ever. It may have been worthwhile if the business was getting better, but it's pretty flat and attrition is very high. With the introduction of the new CEO, Dan Rogers, there's been a clear shift to hard capitalism and people as numbers. Problems have been solved in short-sighted ways, causing discontent even within the leadership ranks.
