Pros
Beautiful offices. Good pay & benefits. Some nice people.
Cons
Worst place I’ve worked in my 20-year career. Fake people abound who will not hesitate in stabbing you in the back at the first opportunity. Bad/unclear/nonexistent GTM strategy and unclear PMF makes it really difficult for sellers to differentiate the product from lower priced competitors in the market and sales leaders are unable to coach them to do so, preferring to put them on PIPs rather than help solve the root cause. Dysfunctional HR/People team causes chaos across the business with poor processes, bad hiring decisions and high turnover, particularly in sales. Insane bureaucracy for a relatively small 2,000 person company with a million approvals, Asana tasks, and convoluted workflows needed to get anything done or even communicate with other teams (no email tolerated). Weirdly absent founder/CEO who lets his direct reports wreak havoc across the business with seemingly little consequences. Entire sales & marketing leadership is ex-Salesforce and bringing their typical arrogance and bluster to an already broken org, further accelerating its demise.
