poor communication with part time staff, cut hours without telling staff, hires teenagers that don't care about work ethic, does not discipline employees. Employees who frequently called off or slacked off were not disciplined, even when it put unreasonable amounts of stress onto other staff members. Hours were cut from part-time staff (which ultimately led to my leaving) without explanation. Information (such as diet changes, new rules, etc) was given to full-time staff but not part-time.
