      If you can adjust to their line of thinking and not rock the boat you may achieve

      Managers/Directors did not finish the required training to hold the position.Does not help for them to judge you on honesty and integrity when they achieved their position dishonestly

      Pros

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
