Pros

Can’t recommend a thing good. High management turnover. Not enough staff. Inconsistent with rules across the board.

Cons

Poor communication. Staffing issue never enough. More travelers than full-time staff. Residents are not receiving quality care due to constant staffing needs.

At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

Cons

Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
