      Great hands-on orientation, staff was extremely helpful and caring, overall good environment to work in, and incentives to join fitness programs.

      Cons

      Dealing with some of the residents can be tricky. If they are generally angry, depressed, or upset this can be a bit stressful to navigate if you are not trained.

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
