Pros

It’s a joy getting to know the residents and their families, and knowing you work with a lot of people that also genuinely care about them

Cons

Management prioritizes profits more than quality of care, and it shows in how downhill this place has gone just in the last year. It used to be considered a nice place, but nitpicky supervisors, understaffing, and the cheapening out of how things are done have led to a pretty bad reputation.

Pros

At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

Cons

Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
