      very nice senior residents and nice campus. many very hard good working workers. but many have left or got fired.

      worst leadership ever and many not qualified getting paid do do what?

      Pros

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
