      The residents. The associates that actually work.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t care about resident. They have lost their site to the faith based, resident focused services in there mission statement.

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
