      Wonderful residents to be around . Fun atmosphere. Great way to make friends Learning experience for those starting out in health care

      Hard to advance ur job title poor communication Pay doesn’t really increase more than 0.25cents a year.

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
