Great residents, poor Exec Director. - Physical Therapist Asbury Communities Employee Review

I left when the former Exec Director was driving the entire site into the ground. I saw multiple talented people fill the roles of DON, administrator, and even the Chaplin.... Then out of nowhere they would be walked off the premises. However, since being acquired, they have changed management so things are hopefully better. Contract company, Select, is now running therapy. They never contacted me back after I told them what I was asking for a PRN rate.
