      Pros

      Working with the elderly and building relationships. The residents and patients get attached to you, and you to them.

      Cons

      Supervisor and Administration are awful. Poor communication, poor treatment to staff, underqualified for their job. The worst management I have encountered.

      Pros

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
