5yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Ultimately, it sounds like GSB was not the right fit for your career path. We are a positive, inclusive employer where every individual committed to hard work, and a high standard of ethics and integrity is offered competitive compensation and advancement opportunities. We’re certainly delighted to agree with you that we have seven beautiful buildings for onsite employees. However, we’d be remiss if we did not call out the inaccuracies in the rest of your review. For example, we haven’t had an Assistant Branch Manager leave employment in nearly ten years. In the event you were a former employee, you should be already aware that:
• Our highly skilled workforce is 62% female and 38% male.
• We have an internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council that is comprised of 60% women- including the
Chair and Vice Chair roles.
• We maintain a high-performance culture and our bank performance reflects that high standard.
• While there are days when a 4-hour lunch would hit the spot, it is simply not possible at any level in an
organization where we spend each day working hard to deliver our customers the best banking experience.
