Service team members work well together, communicate openly, and creatively problem solve to provide clients with excellent service and support.
Cons
Service team leaders do not collaborate with or consider input from team members. Sales leaders do not support or value employees on the sales or service team - revenue is the only priority. Very few opportunities for upward movement within the service team.
