I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company runs. They are sitting on legacy B2B contracts and think they are a technology company, but they can't even roll out a simple feature in four years. They don't know how to run a shared services company, and the business units are constantly backstabbing each other and not aligned. There is no upward movement, and the leadership is severely incompetent. I have never worked for a company so disorganized and dysfunctional. It's like they're living in the past, and they have no idea how to compete in the modern world. The technology is outdated, the processes are inefficient, and the people are miserable. If you're looking for a company that is innovative, forward-thinking, and values its employees, this is not the place for you. This company is a dinosaur, and it's only a matter of time before it gets extinct.
