      Pros

      At Ascend in Greenwood: the people are great, they treat others with respect and train new hires with care for the employee. There are great benefits and the pay is good too. This is by far the greatest manufacturing career in upstate SC. Work and home balance is pretty good so far, I am glad to be a part of the Ascend family.

      Cons

      Not much so far, as long as you study the training manual and apply your best effort you will do well in your job.

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      Cons

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
