      Great pay and Flexible hours

      Cons

      The Technology department employees are close minded bullies. High school mentality and outright harassment are prominent. No education or experience required to hold positions of responsibility. Processes and results are not reliable and I have personally witnesses employees falsifying data. Dangerous chemicals and little regard for safety measures such as using PPE are taken into account.

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
