      Pros

      Our new CEO Phil is a total rock star. He is down to earth, well spoken (even to the common folk) and CARES a ton about the company and the people.

      Cons

      IT does not have a CIO so the top two contenders are shoving and pushing their way to become CIO. Both of them act juvenile, and could care less about the employee's and more about their own personal gains and future.

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      Cons

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
