- Good process for getting projects approved. - You get a lot of responsibility. - Owners are very business savvy and are growing the business.
Cons
- General lack of caring about people, it's all business here. - Compensation is average and isn't adequate for the high expectation level. - Expect to spend your >60 hrs at work. No work life balance. - Aggressive atmosphere that gets hostile at times due to everyone being stressed out. - Low moral due to high turnover rate. - Plant is a long drive from Houston and there aren't any places within 15min from the plant to get lunch.
